On Windows, with the Logitech Camera Settings software installed, the pan/tilt, and zoom controls of the C920 webcam can be modified within that software. However, due to current limitations, those controls are not functional in the Camera Settings application and Logi Tune.
We are aware of this limitation and we hope it will be addressed in the upcoming release(s). We cannot commit any timeframe on the fix at the moment.
