A: The range is up to 50 feet (or 15 Meters).
Q: How long should the two AAA batteries last under normal use?
A: On average, the batteries should last about six months. To conserve battery life, be sure to turn it off when you are not using it.
Q: How do I connect/sync the Cordless 2.4GHz Presenter with the mini reciever?
A: Click here to download the LogiBind connect utility. Once you've downloaded it, double click on it to extract the files. Find the LogiBind folder and double click on it. Refer to the README file for instructions on using the LogiBind utility. Note: The utility for the Cordless 2.4GHz Presenter is the LogiBindP.exe file.
Q: How do I know the status of my batteries?
A: When you turn on the device, the LCD screen will display the battery level indicator. A black battery image means the battery level is good. Q: Does the Cordless 2.4GHz Presenter ship with software?
A: No, the Cordless 2.4GHz Presenter does not require any software; it should function correctly using the USB drivers provided by your operating system (Windows XP, 2000, ME, or 98). Just plug it in and go.
Q: Where is the mini-receiver; I can’t find it?

A: You can only use the Cordless 2.4 GHz Presenter on a USB port connection.
Q: My Cordless 2.4GHz Presenter is not working or is not detected by the system; what should I do?

After you have checked batteries, make sure you are connecting the mini-receiver directly to the system's USB port as connecting the mini-receiver to a USB hub, switch box, port replicator, or extension cable may cause detection issues. You may also want to try a second USB port as well.
