Sometimes your Squeezebox Receiver may drop the connection to your wireless network. If this happens, do the following:

Power cycle your Receiver:

Unplug your Squeezebox Receiver for five (5) seconds then plug it back in.

The light on the front of your Receiver will cycle through several colors as described in Knowledge Base article 8393.
The light should stop cycling on blue or a dim white color. If it stops on yellow or green, go to Step 2.
If your music is still not playing, and the light stops on blue, go to Step 4.
If there is no music and the light stops on dim white, go to Step 3.

Power cycle your router:

Unplug your router for ten (10) seconds.

Plug the router back in and wait about forty (40) seconds.

Verify if you can hear music.

Check your wireless signal strength:
To verify your Suqeezebox Duet’s wireless signal strength, please see Knowledge Base article 360023220674.

Verify SqueezeCenter is running on your computer:
Windows:

Move the cursor over the Squeezebox icon in your system tray.

The icon should say SqueezeCenter Running.

If not, right-click on the icon and select 'Start SqueezeCenter'.

Macintosh:
-
Go to System Preference > SqueezeCenter.
-
Verify that the button says ‘Stop Server’.

If the button says 'Start Server', click the button and wait for it to change to 'Stop Server'.

Move your Receiver close to your router to minimize the possibility of interference.

Change the wireless channel (see your router documentation for instructions to change your wireless channel).

Connect your Receiver in bridge mode. For instructions on using bridge mode, please see Knowledge Base article 360023220674.
