Common questions about the Rugged Combo case form factor

Q. Does the keyboard still work when not attached to an iPad?
A. The keyboard connects to iPad using the Logitech Smart connector and does not have Bluetooth capability. The Rugged Combo case keyboard works only when it’s physically connected to your iPad. 
 
Q. Does the keyboard fold back 360 degrees, flat to the back of the iPad?
A. No, it doesn’t.
 
Q. Can the iPad attach to the keyboard without the case on?
A. The keyboard attaches to the case. It can not attach to the iPad without the case.
 
Q. Can I buy just the keyboard without the case? 
A. The add-on keyboard is available for purchase separately as a solution for users who have previously purchased a Rugged Case (drop-protective shell + screen cover) and would like to keyboard functionality to it by replacing the screen cover with a keyboard.
