If your Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere stops recognizing your iPod or iPhone, do the following:

Reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime. Press and hold the Source and Preset 2 buttons (shown below) on the top of your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime for 5-10 seconds.
NOTE: The reset procedure will restore the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime to factory defaults and all presets will be cleared.

Ensure you have correctly seated your iPod or iPhone into the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime.

Press and Release the Source button repeatedly until iPOD is the source selected.

Make sure the volume on the iPod or iPhone is set to at least 80%.

Press Play on your iPod or iPhone to verify there is sound coming out of the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime.
If the issue still occurs and your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime is still under warranty, contact Logitech technical support.
