If Sync Now is grayed out in your account on myharmony.com, the remote hasn't been detected.
To fix this:

Make sure the USB cable is securely attached to both your remote and the computer.

Close your browser, start it again, and log in to your account on myharmony.com..

Reboot your remote (press and hold the Off button until the LCD screen turns off and then back on), and try connecting again.

Log in to your account with a different browser (ex. IE, Chrome or Firefox on Windows, and Firefox or Safari on Mac).

Try connecting with a different computer.
