Tap is a USB 3.1 device, and a 10m 3.1 USB-C to USB-A cable is provided. It also supports USB 3.0 and 2.0.
Can I use any USB-C type cable?
Yes, most USB 2.0, 3.0, or 3.1 cables should work, but we cannot guarantee full functionality with 3rd party cables.
Is it compatible with other cameras or conferencing hardware?
Yes, Tap works with all Logitech USB cameras via the bundled PC, as well as other USB cameras or USB conferencing hardware.
Can I use the Tap touch controller with my own PC?
Since we cannot guarantee full or even partial functionality, we do not recommend using the touch controller with other PCs.
