Cause
You may experience difficulty pairing the RF Wireless Extender with your remote if the RF Wireless Extender was previously paired with another configuration.
Solution
In order to resolve this issue, you need to reset the RF Wireless Extender. Please follow these steps:- Press and hold the Connect button for approximately 60 seconds, until the Status and RF lights blink back and forth
- Try re-pairing the RF Wireless Extender with your remote after resetting the RF Wireless Extender
