The Wireless DJ Remote and the USB transmitter are pre-paired from the factory. Making and losing a connection should not have any impact on pairing (or the need for pairing). If these 2 devices need to be re-connected, it can be done by launching the Setup Wizard from the Start Menu, and using the ‘troubleshoot connection’ button as described below:
Re-connecting the Wireless DJ Remote with the PC:
- Launch the Setup Wizard by clicking on Start/Programs/Logitech/StreamPoint/Setup Wizard
- Click Next until you see Wireless DJ Remote
- Click on ‘Troubleshoot Connection’ as shown below (The Transmitter will enter discoverable mode by alternating the LED red and blue)
- Check to see if the battery was properly inserted.
- Turn on the remote and press and hold the ‘Home’ and ‘Mute’ buttons for 5 seconds (a ‘+’ symbol will appear on the remote, indicating that the remote and the PC are trying to synchronize).
- Once the remote and the PC are synchronized, you will see the '+' sign change to an 'OK' and the main menu will appear.
