If you're having trouble hearing audio from your Mini Boombox, try the following:

Make sure you're connected to and playing audio from the correct Bluetooth device.

Check that an auxiliary cable isn't connected to the auxiliary port on the back of your boombox.

Make sure your Bluetooth device is within range of the boombox.

If you're using your boombox around other wireless devices, try moving away from them to make sure that the other signals aren't interfering.

Try turning off your boombox and then restart the Bluetooth connection.

Adjust the volume on your boombox and on the Bluetooth device. The volume on the Mini Boombox is independent from your Bluetooth device.
