The Windows key on the G103 is disabled when the keyboard is in Game Mode. When the Game Mode indicator (located above the F6 and F7 keys with a joystick icon, shown below) is lit, the G103 is in Game Mode.
To take the keyboard out of Game Mode, press the Game Mode button, located above the F4 and F5 keys.
