If your headphones won't power on, try the following suggestions:

Make sure the headphones have enough battery power (connect them to a USB port using the charging cable).

Check that the headphones are powered on by sliding the power switch up or down to either the Bluetooth or wireless receiver setting.
NOTE: When the headphones are charging and not in use, always set the power switch to the "off" position to conserve battery power.
