To re-establish communication between your Keyboard Controller and Logitech Revue or other Google TV products, first verify the following:
- Ensure you have inserted fresh batteries into your Keyboard Controller.
- Make sure your keyboard is powered on.
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely connected to your Google TV device.
If your Keyboard Controller is still not responding, you will need to re-connect it.

Re-connecting your Keyboard Controller to Logitech Revue
- Ensure Keyboard Controller OFF-ON switch is set to OFF.
- Ensure that your TV and Revue are on.
- Press (do not hold down) the Pair/Reset button on the back of your Revue.
- Slide the OFF-ON switch on your Keyboard Controller to ON.
- Your TV should then display 4 numbers that you will need to type into your keyboard.
- Your Keyboard Controller should now be paired to your Logitech Revue.
Re-connecting a Keyboard Controller to a third-party Google TV device
- On your Mac or PC, download and install the current version of the Logitech Unifying software from the Unifying Downloads page.
- Once you have installed the Unifying software, launch the Unifying software.
- On the Welcome screen click Next to continue.
- Slide the OFF-ON switch to On.
- When your Keyboard Controller is detected you will see a confirmation message. Type a test message in the provided field to verify the keyboard is working.
- Once you confirm the Keyboard Controller is working, click Yes then click Next to continue.
- Click Finish to exit the Unifying software. Your Keyboard Controller should now be connected to the USB receiver.
- Re-connect the USB Receiver to your Google TV device.
