Slide the Playback Volume Control on your Dialog system to adjust the volume of incoming sound. For computer applications, you can also make adjustments using the Windows control panel or your multimedia audio settings under Microphone level.
To access your volume controls in Windows, click Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment (or Audio), and then select Volume Control. A mixer with all your volume controls will appear. Here you can adjust the master volume, wave volume, as well as other audio devices on your PC. To adjust your microphone levels on your PC while using your headset, simply go to Options and then Properties while you are in the Volume Control mixer. Select the Recording radial button and press OK. The mixer will reconfigure itself and you should now see a volume control for your microphone. Adjust the microphone accordingly.
