- Update the Mac to the latest version of macOS High Sierra. The latest release solves this issue.
- If you're unable to update your Mac, connect the webcam directly to the computer. If your Mac only has USB-C connections, then you may need a USB-C to USB-C cable to stream video with the BRIO webcam. Some USB-C to USB-A adapters or hubs are not fully compatible with streaming video from the BRIO webcam.
