While the Logitech MeetUp ConferenceCam is capable of connecting to a USB 3.0 port, only a USB 2.0 cable is included due to common deployment methods. By default, Windows 7 does not support USB 3.0 media streaming devices, and so your webcam won’t be recognized. To ensure that your conferencecam is recognized and functions correctly in Windows 7, try the following:
In the Control Panel, click Windows Update, then click Check for updates and select Install Recommended from the drop-down list.
To install the driver for MeetUp, check Give me recommended updates, then click OK. The driver is listed as optional but will be required for the camera to function as expected.
IMPORTANT: When using MeetUp on a Windows 7 computer, the webcam is limited to 1080p/30fps.
