Controlling a Bose receiver with a Harmony remote

While the majority of Bose receivers are compatible with Harmony remotes, a few older Bose receivers are only controllable using an RF (radio frequency) remote control and are not compatible with a Harmony remote. Some Bose receivers can, through the use of a third-party adapter be controlled by a Harmony remote.

Bose models that require the Audio Authority C-1024A Home Theater System Controller for Legacy Bose Lifestyle Systems in order to be controllable by a Harmony remote:
  • Lifestyle 20 (CD20 Media Center)
  • Lifestyle 25 (CD20 Media Center)
  • Lifestyle 30 (CD20 Media Center)
  • Lifestyle 40 (M1 Multi-Room Interface)
  • Lifestyle 50 (M1 Multi-Room Interface)
Bose models that are not controllable by a Harmony remote:
