There are two LEDs on your Logitech Keyboard Case for Samsung Galaxy 10.1. They are:

Status - This LED blinks while the keyboard attempts to connect to the tablet, after the Connect button beneath it is pressed. The light also blinks once when the keyboard is powered on, and flashes when the battery capacity goes below 20%.

Charging (lightning-bolt icon) - This LED flashes while charging and then turns off when the tablet keyboard is fully charged.
