Troubleshooting: Music does not play through the Wireless DJ Music System

This article applies to the following operating systems:
Windows XP Home (SP1+)
Windows XP Professional (SP1+)

Cause:
If the correct audio device is not selected in your system's Audio control panel, you may only hear your music play through the system's speakers- not through the Wireless DJ Music System. 

Solution:
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Check the Wireless DJ Remote to see which  music is being played.
2. Turn off the Wireless DJ Remote.
3. Close all Media Players applications
4. Check the Control Panel to see which audio device is selected (Start ==> Settings ==> Control Panel ==> Sound and Audio Devices == > Audio).  Make sure the “Logitech USB Music Transmitter” is selected in the Sound playback as shown in Figure 1 below:
