When the Logitech Tablet Keyboard is turned off and then back on quickly, the keyboard will first disconnect from your Windows or Android tablet and then reconnect. It takes time for your tablet to complete this process, during which your keyboard may not respond. The same thing will happen with any other Bluetooth keyboard connected to your tablet when you rapidly turn it off and then back on.
